Changes and Returns- European customers

It is not possible to cancel the order after you have completed the purchase in the webshop. After receiving your package you can make a return, see instructions below. Return cost 15 EURO.

HOW DO I MAKE A CHANGE OF A PRODUCT?

Unfortunately, it is not possible to make a change. If you want to change a product, please make a return and then place a new order in the webshop. We will refund the purchase price of the returned product according to the payment method when we received the product.

HOW DO I RETURN?

1. Please complete the pre-printed return-form enclosed in your shipment and add it to the product(s) that will be shipped back.

2.Tape the package again carefully and use the shipping bill that you received together with the products.

3.The shipment can be picked up at your home or you drop it of at a DHL Service Point. For a pickup you need to contact your local DHL and book a suitable time.

4.We will refund the purchase price of the returned product(s) according to the payment method when we received the product.

5.We will charge you a cost of 15 EUR/150 DKK for returns with DHL Express. This cost will be regulated in the credit for your returned product.

All goods returned must be unused, wrapped and well-packaged. Return items with all labels / tags in original packaging and package the item so that the item is not damaged. Do not tape or paste anything directly on the original product packaging.

Pls also NOTE: We can not guarantee any refund if your parcel is sent with service "UPU" or "DPD".

If the parcel is sent with that service anyway, we will take a charge of 50 Euro.

All goods returned must be unused, wrapped and well packed. Return items with all labels / tags in original packaging and package the item so that the item is not damaged. Do not tape or paste anything directly on the original product packaging./p>

Changes and Returns - Norwegian customer

It is not possible to cancel the order after you have completed the purchase in the webshop.

You can return the package after you receive it, see instructions below.

The return cost is 150 NOK. Shipping label included.

HOW DO I RETURN?

If you are not satisfied with the purchase, you can return the item within 30 days. Follow the instructions below:

1. Email info@isbjornofsweden.com what products you want to return. Fill in the return form for the product you wish to return.

2. Place the return from in the package.

3. Tape the package again and pack it well.

4. Glue on the enclosed shipping label and deliver the package to your post office.

We will refund the purchase price of the returned product according to the payment method - reducing 150NOK for the return- once we have received the product. Pls note it might take extra time due to customs.

All returned items must be unused, wrapped and properly packaged. The items must be returned in original packaging along with all labels / labels and packed so that they are not damaged. Do not use tape or glue directly on the product's original packaging.

How to make a return?

1. The first step is to send us an e-mail to info@isbjornofsweden.com including following information:

• Order number

• Title of the products you want to return

• Number of pieces

• Your address and cellphone number

You have the right to return the purchased product(s) within 30 days, counted form the date you received the products.

2. We will approve the return and send you all further information/document for the DHL shipment.

3. Please complete the pre-printed return-form enclosed in your DHL shipment and add it to the product(s) that will be shipped back. The shipment can be picked up at your home or you drop it of at a DHL Service Point. For a pickup you will contact DHL and book a suitable time.

4. We will refund the purchase price of the returned product(s) according to the payment method when we´ve received the product.

5. We will charge you a cost of 15 USD for returns with DHL Express.
